Work From Home Wrist and Arm Stretches

So what the repositioning as we've reduced the stress to the back and neck, we also would like to address a little bit of the stressors that are still going to be taking place with the forearm and wrist. And there's a couple of easy, easy stretches that you can do that don't take but seconds between the work schedule. And the first one is just, stretching the wrist back, holding it five to 10, you can also do that same type of stretch by standing and just using the counter and again holding it five to 10 seconds. And you can also add flex and each wrist by doing this, you're going to be stretching out the extensors and flexor musculature of the forearms as well as up the wrists.
